New Installation of Automatic Line for Gravure Cylinder Production
A fully automated gravure cylinder production line from Hongjian Machinery has been installed at the customer's plant.
The line consists of the following units:
Automatic crane
Preparation and cylinder loading machine
Electrolytic degreasing tank
Copper tank
Alkaline copper Tank
Chrome tank
Dechrome tank
Copper grinding machine with 2 stone heads
Copper polishing machine with buffing wheel
Chrome polishing machine with paper head
Equipped with Hongjian's advanced automation, plating, and finishing technologies, the customer is now positioned to produce the highest quality cylinders.
These investments in automation and plating have expanded the customer's production capabilities while strengthening safety systems. The new automation infrastructure not only meets current operational needs but also lays the groundwork for adopting emerging technologies—underscoring a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation as they strive to better serve their clients.
